What is The DAPA (Distribution And Pricing Agreement)?
The DAPA is a Prime Vendor Program created through DLA (Defense Logistics Agency) Troop Support, the Distribution and Pricing Agreement (DAPA) establishes both the selling price of a product and an agreement from the DAPA-holder to allow the selected prime vendors to distribute its products.
